Return Policy For Physical Books

For any physical book purchased on this website, you can receive a full refund for any reason up to 30 days after you receive your book(s).

To receive your refund, send an email with your name and order number to support@groundedgrove.com. After you send an email to this address, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship your book back to.

Once the book is received, you’ll receive a full refund for the amount you paid for the book (please note that I can’t refund the cost you pay to ship the book back to me).

Please note that once a refund has been initiated it will take a couple days for you to receive the money back in your account.

Return Policy For Digital Downloads

For digital downloads, you can receive a full refund up to 14 days after the day you purchase your ebook(s) and / or audiobook(s). To receive a refund please send an email with your name and order number to support@groundedgrove.com.

Please note that once a refund has been initiated it will take a couple days for you to receive the money back in your account.
